Senior Systems Engineer-CINC

• Manage and maintain Azure Intune environment for Client Systems
  • Assist with Application package creation
  • Assist with onboarding endpoints/certificate installation
  • Create conditional access policies as approved by Client’s security
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint environment for Client’s Systems
  • Exceptions and Remediations via MDE
  • Maintain Endpoint integration
  • Maintain Windows Server integration
• Work with Client’s Systems employees across various business departments:
  • Internal IT
  • Infrastructure
  • Security
• Provide written and oral communications and expertise around best practices
• Support Moves, Adds, and Changes to supported environments.
• Collaborate with Client’s Systems for post implementation support.
• Serve as an escalation point for Internal IT for the associated scoped systems.
• Document system designs, diagrams, and standard operating procedures for configurations, changes, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work is compliant with customer and company policies, security protocols, and industry best practices.

• HS diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and certificates.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with Amazon Workspaces
• Professional level certifications or expert level certifications in pertinent Microsoft systems
• Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Strong documentation skills 

• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint management, compliance, configuration profiles)

  • Exceptions, remediations, threat management
• Conditional Access policy creation (Microsoft Entra ID)

• Windows Server integration

• Windows OS (advanced knowledge)
• Enterprise IT environment support (5+ years)
• Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs)

• Complex issue troubleshooting
• Acting as Tier 3 escalation for associated systems

• Familiarity with Amazon Workspaces

• Creating system diagrams and SOPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication
