MGT Impact Solutions is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for a minimum 3-month temporary position of Construction Project Manager at the Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) in Bloomington, Illinois.
Selected candidate will be an employee of MGT with services contracted to the BHA. The position will begin right away and is expected to last at least three months. Work schedule is flexible including a mix of on-site and remote work. Anticipated work week is 25 +/- hours.
About the Bloomington Housing Authority and Position. The BHA provides affordable housing and opportunities for self-sufficiency to low and moderate income residents of McLean County. The position will report directly to the Executive Director and oversee all BHA building renovations and facility improvements.
Position Requirements.
- Significant experience in building construction, construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
- Some familiarity with construction/project management software.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret building designs and construction plans, control drawings, and equipment specifications; and, ability to understand and administer federally funded grants and track expenditures.
