Job Title: Fortinet NAC & SASE Engineer (FortiManager / FortiGate)
 
Job Summary:
 
We are seeking an experienced Fortinet NAC & SASE Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in FortiNAC, FortiSASE, FortiManager, and FortiGate, to design, implement, and support secure enterprise network environments. The primary focus of this role is Fortinet technologies, with additional advisory and support responsibilities across Cisco and Meraki infrastructures, and exposure to Akamai, F5, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
 
The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SASE architecture, and centralized firewall policy management while ensuring secure connectivity across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role requires strong technical depth in Fortinet solutions along with the ability to collaborate in multi-vendor network ecosystems.
 
Required Skills and Competencies:
 
  • Design, deploy, and manage FortiNAC for network access control, device profiling, and policy enforcement
  • Implement and support FortiSASE / ZTNA solutions for secure remote and hybrid workforce access
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls (IPSec/SSL VPN, SD-WAN, IPS, SSL inspection)
  • Administer FortiManager for centralized firewall policy management, provisioning, and governance
  • Provide advisory-level support for Cisco and Meraki networking environments
  • Support integrations involving Akamai and F5 for application delivery and security services
  • Ensure secure connectivity across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments
  • Implement network segmentation and Zero Trust security models
  • Perform policy reviews, upgrades, performance tuning, and security hardening
  • Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
 
  • 5+ years of experience in network/security engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with FortiNAC, FortiGate, and FortiManager
  • Experience implementing SASE / ZTNA architectures
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with firewall policy management and SD-WAN
  • Exposure to Cisco, Meraki, F5, Akamai, and cloud networking concepts
