MGT is seeking a Junior Network Administrator for one of their Commercial Real estate Customers to support network operations and infrastructure for one of our enterprise clients across multiple U.S. regions. Selected candidate will be an employee of MGT with potential for extension.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Network Administrator to support network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting across distributed client environments.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and alerts
• Support configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls
• Assist with VLANs, IP addressing, and access controls
• Troubleshoot network incidents and outages
• Support VPN and remote access solutions
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams
• Assist with network upgrades, audits, and maintenance
• Provide onsite support within local region as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of networking or IT infrastructure experience
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to support onsite visits within local region (no out-of-state travel required)

Compensation and Application Process:
$50 – $65 per hour (based on location and experience).
Hourly Wage and Selection Process:
Hourly wages $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience. MGT employee benefits include up to a 5% match for 401(k) retirement plan, and a comprehensive medical/health benefits package.
