Lateral Police Officer 
The Round Lake Beach Police Department is seeking experienced law enforcement professionals to join our team. This position is represented by the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Union.

Minimum Requirements

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Have successfully completed the Basic Law Enforcement Training Course under the Illinois Police Training Act, or qualify via ILETSB reciprocity
• Be physically able to perform the essential functions of a police officer.

Starting Salary Range: $78,956.80 to $107,952.00, depending on qualifications
