MGT is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to fill a temporary assignment for their CLIENT, Selected candidate will be an employee of MGT for 12 months with possible extension as needed and services contracted to the Client.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer for our CLIENT to join the team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to support organizational decision-making and drive process improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate reporting and streamlined business processes.
- Utilize Sensei IQ to manage project portfolio data fields, create reports to track performance metrics, and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-1/2 years of proven experience with Power BI as an administrator, including data modeling and advanced visualization techniques.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) for data extraction, integration, report creation, and analysis.
- Minimum 1-1/2 years of administrator expertise in Sensei IQ for project and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
