The City of Rolling Meadows administration Department is seeking qualified applicants to serve as the Human Resources Management Analyst. The H.R. Management Analyst will perform a variety of administrative and technical human resource functions that require a high degree of analysis and confidentiality. This position will assist the Human Resources Manager in administering a comprehensive human resources program for the City, including employee recruitment and selection, employee communication, benefits administration, Worker’s Compensation, FMLA Administration, and development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and practices.

Education and Experience: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative or analyst position, and knowledge of advanced computer operations.
Compensation and Benefits: The hiring range for this position is $65,855 to $97,624 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience. The salary range is adjusted annually, and employees are considered for raises annually on the basis of performance.
