Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate event logistics from planning through execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and scheduling for catering, AV, staging, backdrop, event lighting, etc.
- Coordinate creative assets internally and externally.
- Track and manage infrastructure schedules and timelines.
- Facilitate weekly check-ins and progress updates.
- Ensure accurate tracking and follow-up for booklets, videos, and other deliverables.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on event needs.
- Provide day-of-event support and troubleshooting.
- Other duties as assigned to support the Business Development Department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning and project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing event consultation services, preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
