GovTemps – Temporary Human Resources Generalist – City of Decatur, IL
GovTemps is soliciting qualified candidates for a preferred 40 hour/week placement as the temporary HR Generalist at the City of Decatur, IL.
Selected candidate will be an employee of GovTemps with services contracted to the city.
Position will begin in late September/early October for an anticipated five-month term.
Position Responsibilities and Requirement:
Key duties include
● Human Resource compliance
● Tracking and recording of performance appraisals
● Employee customer service
Candidates with Human Resources experience in a local government setting are preferred.
Occasional remote work is a possibility after an initial immersion period.
Hourly Rate and Benefits: $35/hour +/- Depending on qualifications.
