GovTemps USA is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for a temporary, on-site position of temporary Director of Elder and Social Services in the Town of Upton, MA. The selected candidate will be an employee of GovTemps with services contracted to the Town for a minimum three-month term.
Key Position Duties and Requirements:
Reporting to the Town Manager, this temporary position will serve the adult community in the new state-of-the-art Community Center. The Director will lead the development and execution of programs and services offered to the elder population and will supervise two staff members and volunteers. Administrative responsibilities include budget management and grant funding. Prefer candidate with health and human service background and management experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate. DOQ. GovTemps employee benefits include up to 3% match towards an IRA retirement plan and contribution for health insurance.
