GovTemps USA is seeking qualified candidates to fill one full-time temporary Permit Coordinator position with the Village of Westmont. 
Successful candidates will be MGT/GovTemps employees contracted to the Village. 
Hours are flexible for part-time or full-time (20-40 hours per week).   All work is on-site at Village Hall.   Temporary assignment is from early-March to mid-June.
Primary Duties: Assisting with customer service (answering phones), scanning, contractor registration, and general office work.
Position Requirements: Successful candidate will have the ability to understand and interpret Village policies and procedures and possess general computer skills and excellent customer service skills. Candidates must also possess strong administrative and organizational skills. HS Diploma required. Prior municipal work experience is a plus.   Experience with EnerGov or other permit tracking software.
