Salary: $80,776- $88,854 D.O.Q.

What we’re looking for in this position
Our next Assistant Director of Nursing will direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care and staff. Initiates corrective action as required. We are also looking for skill in focusing on enhancing and coordinating resident care and clinical programs and quality scores.
About the Asst. Director of Nursing position
As the Asst. Director of Nursing you will be overseeing the rehab and resident clinical programs to ensure physical and psycho-social needs are being met and standards are being followed. The Asst. Director of Nursing also directs and organizes required Medicare/Medicaid assessments and required documentation. Along with evaluating resident care as needed to determine orders and care plan approaches are in place and followed for residents needs, family involvement and the physicians plan of care for the resident. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
Associate’s degree and
A minimum of four years of progressively responsible related experience
Licenses and Certifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse
CPR Certification
