Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.

Track, review, and respond to electronic orders, consults, and related documents in the medical record system.

Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with inquiries.

Ensure compliance with federal and organizational policies.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Language: Proficiency in oral and written English.

Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency; ability to type at least 50 WPM.

Medical Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

Physical Requirements: No health or physical restrictions that interfere with job performance.

Regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this timeframe).

Excludes federal holidays.
