Salary and Application:
The salary for this position is commensurate with qualifications, with a salary range of $131,622 to $200,212. The city offers an excellent benefits package. Candidates must be licensed by the State of Texas Commission on Law Enforcement or can become licensed within the first six months of employment. A bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Advanced law enforcement training is preferred, such as the FBI National Academy or similar courses.
