• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Resolve Level 1 tickets including password resets and connectivity issues
• Support printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment
• Perform asset tagging and inventory tracking
• Assist with basic cabling and workstation setup
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
• Provide onsite support across multiple client locations within the local region
• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
• Experience with ticketing systems and onsite support environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel within local metro area (no out-of-state travel required)
Hourly wages $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience. MGT employee benefits include up to a 5% match for 401(k) retirement plan, and a comprehensive medical/health benefits package.
