Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Technician Level 2 to deliver advanced onsite technical support and handle escalations within their assigned region.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Troubleshoot escalated desktop and infrastructure issues onsite
• Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, WiFi)
• Support switches, endpoints, and basic server environments
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Support IDF/MDF environments and structured cabling validation
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Lead small deployments, refreshes, and rollout activities
• Provide onsite support across multiple client sites within the region

Minimum Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop, network, and infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise IT environments
• Ability to work independently onsite
• Ability to travel within local metro area (no out-of-state travel required)

Compensation and Application Process:
$40 – $65 per hour (based on location and experience)
Hourly Wage and Selection Process:
Hourly wages $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience. MGT employee benefits include up to a 5% match for 401(k) retirement plan, and a comprehensive medical/health benefits package.
