- Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers and administrators.
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure and highly available enterprise network solutions.
- Analysed, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate network installations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and project implementations.

- Configure, install, operate, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, network appliances, wireless infrastructure, and related servers.
- Administer enterprise network security including firewalls, access controls, monitoring, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Monitor network performance and availability using diagnostic and monitoring tools.
- Perform network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of networking equipment across multiple facilities.
- Perform preventive security monitoring and implement solutions to minimize operational risks.
- Conduct operating system and network configuration backups to ensure system availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Evaluate and recommend network hardware, software, and infrastructure improvements.
- Develop project specifications, implementation plans, timelines, and technical documentation.
- Assist field technicians with network connectivity, installation, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, procedures, and operational manuals.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding equipment procurement, installations, upgrades, and technical support.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise network architecture and current networking technologies.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking principles, routing, switching, TCP/IP, network protocols, fiber-optic and copper infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, network appliances, and network operating systems.
- Knowledge of network security principles, infrastructure standards, and best practices.
- Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to design scalable, cost-effective network solutions and provide strategic technology recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of professional experience involving analysis, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networking systems and related equipment.
- Associate degree (or equivalent college coursework/vocational training).
- Six (6) years of professional experience involving analysis, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networking systems and related equipment.

- Ability to work primarily onsite in San Luis Obispo County, California.
- Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate to the Central Coast region of California are preferred.
- Valid California Driver License may be required if driving is an essential function of the position.
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation.
- Availability to respond to after-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency support requests.
- Ability to travel between multiple facilities as needed.
