The Town of Concord is looking for a Benefits Manager!  This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic Human Resources team, in a newly created role dedicated to administering and managing the comprehensive benefit plans for all active and retired Town of Concord employees.  This position will collaborate with the finance/payroll and school departments, as well as Concord Retirement.

Starting salary range: $75,899 – $91,073, based on qualifications.

Priority consideration will be given to applications received on or before July 1, 2024.  All applications will be reviewed and the most highly qualified candidates will be invited to one or more interviews and/or other assessments. Applicants will be notified of their standing in the process as soon as a decision has been made regarding their individual application.

Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including criminal, credit  and motor vehicle record checks, and a drug screening.  Costs for these pre-placement requirements will be borne by the Town.
