The Village of Lombard, Illinois is seeking an Asset Management Administrator to join our team. The Asset Management Administrator oversees the professional design, implementation, management, and maintenance of the enterprise-wide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Public Works Asset Management System. The position is responsible for developing strategies to accomplish Village goals through GIS initiatives. This position will serve as an active member of the Public Works Department management team and requires independent judgement, initiative, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
The Village requires a minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience designing, supporting, developing, and implementing GIS and proficiency with the ESRI suite of software including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Apps, and ArcGIS Enterprise. Bachelor’s degree in geographic information systems, geography, information technology, cartography, or closely related field. The ideal candidate will have experience with a functional asset management system to manage and evaluate infrastructure. Experience in a local government or utility setting preferred.
The salary range for the position is $75,249 to $105,347. Salary and placement within the range will be commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience.
