Position
As a Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Village’s operations and enhancing our services. This full-time position involves a variety of professional, technical, and analytical tasks to assist with the planning and execution of initiatives across multiple departments, including public safety, public works, community development, finance, and human resources. You will also manage our digital communications, ensuring that the Village’s website and social media platforms are effective, engaging, and responsive.

Key responsibilities include:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to drive policy development and operational improvements.
• Manage and enhance the Village’s communications, including website maintenance, social media engagement, and public relations efforts.
• Prepare essential documentation such as reports, policies, ordinances, and presentations, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Oversee legislative monitoring and assist in articulating the Village’s stance to policymakers.

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in public administration or a related field; a Master’s degree with internship experience is preferred. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have outstanding organizational and time management skills, and possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
We offer a competitive hiring salary range of $55,000 – $65,000 DOQ, along with excellent benefits.
