Round Lake Beach, IL – Seasonal Community Support Aide – MULTIPLE OPENINGS

This seasonal, civilian role supports the Police Department’s community engagement and public safety initiatives. Under the direction of the Deputy Chief or a designated supervisor, the Community Support Aide provides non-enforcement assistance during special events and in key public areas, especially the village lakefront. Primary responsibilities include interacting with community members, assisting with traffic and pedestrian flow, helping maintain clean and accessible public spaces, and serving as a visible, approachable presence to support positive community relations.
