Plan Reviewer/Building Inspector
Under the general supervision of the Director of Inspection Services, the Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer will review plans, specifications and other submitted material for compliance with building codes, policies and jurisdiction requirements for commercial, industrial and residential buildings, both for new construction and renovation to existing buildings. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the inspection of a variety of building and structural installations, modifications and repairs to determine whether plans comply with legal requirements.

This position is full time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (working hours may vary based on department needs).

Job Description
Full Salary Range – $75,000 – $112,000 (starting salary depended on qualifications)
