The Village of Willowbrook is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to serve as the Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer will serve on the Village’s leadership team and report directly to the Village Administrator.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing all operations of the Finance department. This position administers, directs, and controls municipal fiscal and accounting operations, including payroll, financial planning and long-term forecasting, cash/treasury management, budgeting, accounting/auditing, debt management, TIF management, tax levy, revenue administration (including collection), utility billing, collections, property acquisitions, and purchasing. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker, an adept problem solver, and a collaborative individual capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.”
