The Village of Winthrop Harbor is seeking an energetic and community-focused Parks & Recreation Director to lead and grow recreational programs, community events, and park initiatives within one of Chicagoland’s unique lakefront communities. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing recreational programming, special events, park operations, community engagement, and the continued enhancement of quality-of-life amenities for residents and visitors.
