The Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Facility Project Manager is responsible for overall management of the County’s RNG facility and associated pipeline. The project manager is responsible for operations oversight including but not limited to reliable and efficient landfill gas production, regulatory compliance, maintenance, safety, security, budget management, revenue and expense monitoring, and contract management.
The desired candidate will have: a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related technical degree; Minimum of 2 years direct experience working with energy-related facility operations, including natural gas processing, monitoring facility maintenance and repair, coordinating environmental compliance, contract monitoring, budgeting, and off-taker agreement administration; demonstrated knowledge of regulatory agency compliance; demonstrated knowledge of renewable energy industry and associated financial markets.
