A compensation study is an important tool to help organizations remain competitive in the current workforce environment. In this session you will learn the benefits of doing a compensation study, what goes into a study and the administrator’s role during the process. Issues covered include what the after effects of a study can be, what you should expect, what you should have your staff and elected officials expect, and how does the Administrator follow up with a study after it has been done. This will be followed by an administrator’s current experience and what they are learning from the experience firsthand.
