GovHR USA offer a full range of human resources consulting services for our Clients, such as:  Audits and Assessments; Classification and Compensation Studies; Succession Planning and Staffing Analysis Studies; and Virtual Human Resources.

Audits and Assessments provide a comprehensive look at the Human Resources operation.  We will review all policies, procedures and practices and evaluate compliance with relevant statutes.  We will assess how the function is structured and operating in relation to other administrative functions in the organization. 

Classification and Compensation Studies include a review of an organization’s classification and pay system.  Other components of a study may include an evaluation of the current or creation of a new performance appraisal tool, as well as a comprehensive benefits study.

Staffing Analysis and Succession Planning studies assess an organization’s structure and workforce and considers short and long-term staffing needs.  We will look at the relationships between the services offered, the competencies needed to complete the work, the projection for staffing and offer appropriate and useful findings and recommendations.

On Demand Services allows our Clients to request human resources focused assistance as needed.  Our expert staff is available to assist with projects such as policy and procedure development; collective bargaining contract analysis and negotiation preparation; and mini recruitments for entry and mid-level staff members.  We are available virtually as needed to assist with projects that will free up the time of an organization’s permanent professional staff to focus on other areas.
